I have basically written all the ingredients in the post title. I got this idea from Maan. (Thanks, Maan!) I like 3-ingredient recipes. It is easy to memorize. Ingredients are available. I do not have to slave around the kitchen.
All you have to do is prepare the ingredients: 2 bananas, 1 cup oatmeal and a handful of chocolate chips.
Mash the bananas together with oats and when you get the consistency you want, mix in the chocolate chips.
Roll into balls and flatten into a buttered cookie sheet that is covered in flour.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. (I really do not know the temperature. My oven does not have a thermometer. I use quick cooking oats so I do not have to worry about undercooking it.) Maan used the microwave.
This is the finished product. It is tasty. It is not sweet. You need to get used to the taste if you are used the unhealthy chocolate chips cookies. That said, I found myself eating one cookie and another one and another one. It is guilt-free.
Maan also shared the Youtube video of this recipe (minus the chocolate chips). Check this out!

These looks so delicious!!!
Thanks for sharing. Will definitely try this recipe, that’s for sure.
hala! i’ll try to do this since it doesn’t involve using a mixer. hehe. plus we have some chocolate chips at home that can definitely be used for the recipe. i’ll blog about it once i’m done.
I’ve seen this too at Maan’s blog and have made it a few times already after that. Hahaha! Nawili. So easy to make kasi. I also use the microwave to “bake” this cookies. 🙂
That looks so dellish.. I’m sure it was yummy.
OMG! Your photos are so so nice! I can almost taste the cookies.
look healthy and delish….
Graveh! ang ganda naman ng pagka-picture ng cookies.. ang sarap papakin.. hehe
this is perfect for me! i need to watch out for my sugar and sodium intake now after my blood tests came back.
Do you think it will be fine to use oven toaster. hehehe
I think it is okay to use oven toaster. I once baked a cake on a turbo broiler. 😀
i also saw this at Maan’s blog. I don’t have a microwave oven. can i bake this in an oven toaster?
You can try, cheekiegirl. I think it will still work. 😀
Unfair, ang ganda ng photos mo! Haha! It’s true, though, that it’s an acquired taste. I love it, but my sister did not. Sanay kasi sa Chips Ahoy! Hehe
Haha. Kinarir ang photography.
This is what we need kasi we are on a diet. I am sure Daddy A will make those kasi he get the oven toaster from their home in Nueva Ecija e.
I missed this on Maan’s blog so thanks for sharing 🙂 This is definitely a new way to enjoy cookies, a lot healthier!
The idea of a healthy snack is great. I could eat a few of those myself. 🙂

Thanks for the feedback, Allan. I will try this on an oven toaster to check if it will turn out differently.
