Happy New Year!
The holiday season is over and I still have a lot of things to blog about. I still want to share what happened over the Christmas season. It is nice to reflect on the past year and work towards a better 2014. I had a good 2013 and I wanted to keep track of my 2014 by starting a gratitude journal. Every night, before I sleep, I am going write something that I am thankful for for the day. At the end of the month, I will be sharing what I have written down. I will do this every month and at the end of the year, I will have 365 things I am thankful for.
There are other ideas for a year long project like this one: a gratitude jar.
Still, others try to capture one photo per day to briefly describe their day.
I do not know what is in store for me this 2014. I am excited about it and this is what I am going to declare: I believe that this year is going to be the best year ever.
that’s a great project. My daughter also made one. She was bugging me about the jar and I said she can use the mayo bottle and sort of spruce it up na ,ang
It is a nice project for the kids to do. They will have a deeper appreciation of the simple things.
I think it’s a great project too. It will make us look forward each day for something to be thankful for. I might do this too. Happy New Year by the way. 🙂
Happy new year!

I’m doing a photo-a-day Gratitude Project on my blog this year – so far, I’m LOVING it! It brings a few moments of peace and calm to what can otherwise be a not-so-great day.
This is a good project. Pwede pa kaya ako humabol, na 15th day na ng January. What do you suggest sis? Thanks!
It is never too late to start one! Go, Momaye!
I have a Gratitude Journal for this year too. I repurposed my 2014 Starbucks planner for this since I have another planner for my everyday planning minutiae. 🙂
I have done similar one before and it’s really great as this constantly reminds us to be thankful for every little thing we have and experienced everyday. 🙂

I think this is one good project. start counting the things we are thankful rather than negatives.
